– Manage the subcontractor safety group.
– Control the implementation of security and fire prevention measures.
– Manage and direct the implementation of occupational safety, health, and fire protection measures.
– Lead the development of technical safety (HSE) and fire protection measures during the bidding and construction preparation stages.
– Develop, organize training, and check compliance with safety measures.
– Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, processes, forms, and related standards.
– Conduct periodic/sudden reporting and other functions as required.
– Work with supervisors, investors, malls, and other stakeholders to meet HSE, fire protection, and environmental hygiene requirements.
– Investigate, file, handle, and report safety incidents.
– Respond to urgent safety incidents outside working hours (if needed).
