Job Description	• Execute and supervise construction tasks. • Develop and implement technical drawings. • Break down quantities and prepare material proposals. • Calculate volumes and prepare payment documents. • Create quality management documentation and as-built drawings. • Monitor safety and cleanliness compliance. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Job Requirements	• Male, aged 25–30 years. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Civil & Industrial Electricity. • Proven experience in supervising solar power systems. • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position within the solar energy field. • Ability to study specialized documents to enhance skills and stay updated with new technologies and techniques. • Strong English communication skills are an advantage. • Honest, responsible, capable of teamwork, and proficient in group communication and coordination. • Dynamic, professional work ethic, quick decision-making, and effective problem-solving. • Ability to work under high pressure and intense workload. • Desire for long-term, stable employment.
