| DESCRIPTION | GO! Dong Nai is one of Central Retail’s key hypermarket renovation projects, aimed at upgrading spatial quality and optimizing the overall customer experience. As the Design & Build contractor, TONA carried out all scopes of work while the center remained operational. The “zero downtime” construction approach was applied, ensuring that work was scheduled flexibly, safely, and efficiently. The renovation scope includes structural upgrades, façade remodeling, MEP system modernization, and interior enhancements, aligned with Central Retail’s new retail standards. |
