Job Description

• Directly participate in the operations and maintenance of PV solar rooftop systems.
• Develop maintenance plans for solar energy systems.
• Collect and analyze data, predict risks, identify root causes, and propose corrective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure quality and operational processes through the SCADA system.
• Prepare reports related to solar systems as requested by the company’s management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head/Manager.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Male.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems, Automation, or related engineering fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power .
• Skills: Knowledge of solar systems, PVsyst software, and configuring inverters (SMA, Sungrow, Huawei, etc.). Strong self-learning ability to stay updated with new technologies.
• Attributes: Dynamic, professional, quick problem-solving, and able to work under high pressure.
• Language: English communication skills are a plus.
• Commitment: Seeking stable, long-term employment.
